There are many ways to donate to and support the PTA’s efforts at Olympic Hills Elementary. You can donate money, items, time, and/or participate in some of our fun fundraising events! Check out all the things the PTA does with your generous donations.

Donate Funds
Olympic Hills PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donations are tax deductible. Our EIN for deductions is 91-1139778. You can donate funds to the PTA either via PayPal or credit/debit card by clicking on the ‘Donate’ button. Donated funds will be used for the PTA’s enrichment programs, staff support and other current needs according to our charitable mission.
Here is a list of some local employers who will match donations! If your employer provides donation matching, we would LOVE to receive their match to increase the impact of your donation.

Amazon Wish List
The PTA supports students and educators in our community by distributing needed items. These items directly contribute to the success of our school’s children academically and socially. We rely on the generosity of our community to purchase these items. Current needs can always be found on our Amazon Wish List below. Items will be delivered directly to the PTA for distribution. Thank you for supporting our students through your purchases of items from our Wish List!
Donors Choose: “Teachers ask, you choose”
Our teachers and educators occasionally have projects requesting funding using ‘Donors Choose’. On Donors Choose, teachers request funding for projects in their classrooms, and donors from anywhere in the world can choose to fund their projects. Once the project has been fully funded, Donors Choose ships the requested supplies directly to the school.

Donate Time
We love our volunteers! You do not have to be a PTA member to donate your time as a volunteer and there are many different ways you can volunteer including doing projects at home, doing projects at school, helping with fundraising events, chaperoning a class trip, volunteering in your child’s classroom and more!

Participate in Fundraisers
PTA Movie Nights
Come watch a movie with your family in the Ottertorium! The PTA does movie nights throughout the year. All proceeds from concessions and suggested entrance fees benefit the PTA. Keep up to date on upcoming PTA Movie Nights by following or subscribing to our calendar.
Move-a-thon
In the spring, students collect donations or pledges for each lap they take during our annual move-a-thon. Proceeds support the PTA’s programs.
Purchase a Memory Book
Every year the PTA compiles and creates a beautiful and fun book of memories from the school year. Memory Books go on sale in the Spring. Proceeds from Memory Book sales benefit the PTA. If a memory book isn’t in your family’s budget, scholarships are also provided by the PTA and you can find the option to use scholarship money to get some a memory book or donate to the Memory Book Scholarship Fund on the order form.
Get some Otter Gear!
The PTA designs and creates Otter Gear which is school spirit clothing and accessories that you can purchase for you and/or your children to show off your school spirit! The PTA sends out order forms for Otter Gear twice a year. If Otter Gear isn’t in your family’s budget, scholarships are also provided by the PTA and you can find the option to use scholarship money to get some gear or donate to the Otter Gear Scholarship Fund on the order form.
Annual Pancake Breakfast
The Lake City Lion’s Club serves a pancake breakfast they purchase and prepare. All proceeds benefit Olympic Hills. Keep up to date on when this event is happening by following or subscribing to our calendar.

Box Tops for Education
Box Tops for Education has been supporting schools for decades! It’s now 100% digital and easier than ever to collect Box Tops and apply them to your school’s fundraising efforts.
